Our team is excited to be presenters at Meet Magento Netherlands 2014. This year’s conference will feature a full CRM Track that will highlight some of the following speakers:
- Falco Van Der Maden, General Manager at Madia, will give a functional demo of OroCRM base on a variety of use cases seen in the market. He will talk about Top 10 OroCRM Functionality from the eyes of customers.
- Ray Bogman, from Support Desk will offer a real Case Study from Topdierenshop, an OroCRM Customer.
- You will also hear from Core OroCRM Developers Yura Muratov and Dima Khrysev as they take a deep dive into the OroCRM Magento integration, B2C workflows, and highlight OroCRM’s multi-channel capabilities.
- OroPlatform project Akeneo will also be highlighted in the track by Emilie Gieler, Product Manager at Akeneo.
- I will also be giving an Introduction to OroCRM, focused primarily on our product and why there is such a large need for a “Single View of Customer” in today’s competitive eCommerce and multi-channel landscape.
