Training Thursday New OroCRM Tutorial Videos: Learn How to Import Data, Use Filters, and Set Up Zendesk Integration

Today, we will explore a few more capabilities within OroCRM and learn how to take advantage of these functions when using the application.

We’ve uploaded a few new OroCRM tutorial videos to our Media library for our community.  After watching these new OroCRM tutorials, you will be able to:

  • Import and export grid records in CSV format.
  • Use filters to get your desired data set.
  • Configure integration between OroCRM and Zendesk.

Now let’s take a closer look at what each tutorial video covers.

How to Import and Export Data

In OroCRM, users can export and import data lists (e.g. lists of Accounts, Customers, Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities) as CSV files. In this video we demonstrate how to import and export multiple records of a grid with the help of preformatted OroCRM template.

How to Use Filters

The OroCRM users can apply out-of-the-box filters to drill down and get the most relevant data set. This data can be then shared with other application users. By watching this tutorial, you will learn how to filter your records in multiple ways.

How to Setup Zendesk Integration

Due to the outstanding integration into Zendesk (a popular customer service application),  users can load data from their Zendesk accounts and easily process it into OroCRM. This video shows how to configure the integration and synchronization settings to leverage all of Zendesk’s capabilities within OroCRM.
