We are thrilled to announce the success of our very first Oro London MeetUp event. Held on the 20th of October, 2016, at the Dotmailer offices in the center of London, the event included over 100top executives, CEOs, partners, and customers representing a variety of business niches from around the UK and Europe. Jary Carter on Oro’s Vision
The event began with a presentation by Jary Carter, Oro CRO and co-founder, in which he explained how Oro’s products are revolutionizing the customer experience and helping drive a substantial shift in business efficiency and performance. In particular, he highlighted the core ways in which Oro is helping businesses manage and harness the power of big data, helping them get a 360 degree holistic view of their customers, effectively collect, segment and analyze omni-channel data.
Jary also looked at the Oro community and the rate at which Oro products are being adopted in different countries around the world, as well as the various applications being created with OroPlatform. A number of game-changing features of Oro products were covered, such as a single view of clients across multiple channels, powerful reporting and smart dashboard features to provide segmenting, filtering, and analyzing the customer data. Tink Taylor on How to Create Successful Email Campaigns
Following Jary, Tink Taylor, President and co-founder of Dotmailer, talked about the major elements that go into creating successful email marketing campaigns. He said businesses should prioritize email marketing automation, describing it as the key to positive UX, and explained how to increase work performance in order to solve four days worth of tasks in as little as six minutes. Tink also presented B2B use cases, which showcased customer success stories and how various businesses were using metrics and automation tools in order to empower their marketing strategies. Allies on the Success of Certainly Wood
In the final session, Oro partner Allies presented their successful OroCRM deployment for Certainly Wood, the largest firewood producer and retailer in the UK.

The company showed off some real-life examples of how the OroCRM platform was used to drive up ROI by an astonishing 1,000 percent. They also talked about how they used it to manage Certainly Wood’s abundance of customer data so that it would not only be consistent and clear, but would also provide them with invaluable information about the effectiveness of specific marketing campaigns and channels.
