What Shapes Your OroCommerce License
Commerce volume (GMV)
Licenses are aligned to GMV bands based on the value of goods sold through OroCommerce. GMV bands help keep pricing predictable as your digital business grows, without charging per storefront or per site.
Number of Admin Users
Enterprise plans include 25 admin users for digital, sales, and support teams. You can add users as roles expand, and you’re not charged for customer accounts or buyers on your portals.
Deployment and hosting
Choose OroCloud, your own cloud, or on-premise. Hosting and infrastructure costs depend on the environments and regions you need.

FAQs
*Does OroPay require a separate license or add-on cost?
There’s no additional license for OroPay. A transaction fee applies, and the rate depends on the payment method and your transaction volume. Fees won’t exceed common industry ranges and may be lower in some cases. Your team will receive a detailed breakdown before activation.
Is OroPay required, or can we use other payment systems?
No, OroPay is optional. OroCommerce supports integrations with leading payment providers, including Authorize.Net, PayPal, Stripe, Cybersource, and others commonly used in B2B. You can continue using your current provider or activate OroPay at any point without changing your overall license.
Can we deploy OroCommerce in our own cloud or on-premise?
Yes. OroCommerce supports OroCloud, private cloud, and on-premise deployments. Pricing reflects the environments and infrastructure you choose.
Do you charge extra for AI features?
No. AI capabilities are included in your OroCommerce license.
The one exception: Product Recommendations powered by Google Vertex AI. Google charges based on prediction volume and training time. The OroCommerce extension is free, and you control how often training runs.
Do you charge per storefront or per customer portal?
No. You can run multiple portals, sites, and buyer experiences on one instance at no additional license cost.
Can we integrate our existing CRM, PIM, or payment systems instead of using the built-in ones?
Yes. You can enable the built-in CRM, AI, and payments tools or connect external platforms. The license includes all options.
Is there a limit to catalogs, SKUs, or customer accounts?
No. Catalog size and the number of customer accounts do not impact license pricing.
How does adding new regions or business units affect pricing?
Expansion across brands, countries, or divisions does not require an additional license. Pricing scales primarily with GMV and internal admin users.
How are admin users counted?
Only internal users (digital, sales, support, operations) count toward admin seats. Buyer accounts and customer-side users do not.
Are integrations included in the license fee?
Integrations are handled through your internal team or implementation partner. The platform provides APIs and integration tools as part of the license.
