Data Provider Error

Hi everyone:
I created a new dataprovider and i want to pass product in dataprovider, but it has some error.
my code:

It has this error:
Variable “product” is not valid around position 53 for expression data["rri_frontend_product_info"].getBrandByProduct(product).

If you are on a product view page, the product should be in the data array.
Try this expression:
=data["rri_frontend_product_info"].getBrandByProduct(data["product"])

Thanks, but i’m in PLP.
so, in PLP, i cannot use (data[“product”])??

Depends on where do you want to render the block.

If you want to add the data to the datagrid items at PLP – it’s better to extend the data in the datagrid itself.

In case this is some other block with products, product variable should be accessible at blocks where iteration over data (products) used.
