I want to import the products but i don’t know how to link it to categories in one go.

Hi Salim,
In the import file, if you use the column header category.default.title and give it the value of the category’s Title the product will be linked to that category.
Let us know if this answers you question.

even how to import the pictures as well, ! i have 25,000 products and it will take months to upload them all one by one

No, it’s not possible, only 1 category per product for now
even how to import the pictures as well
Unfortunately, for now Products import doesn’t support pictures. We have this improvement in our backlog and we will work on it.
