    Hello,

    When I view order on admin panel, I see the payment status and the payment history.
    Is there any way to add payment history on admin side?

    And how can I change the payment status in admin panel not front-end side?

    Hi,

    We currently do not allow to change payment or order history to maintain integrity of this important data. Keep in mind that many countries mandate that all merchant transactions have to be recorded and reported.

    For similar reasons, our default back-office order management flow does not include payment methods nor option to manage payment status. This data can be managed via API (e.g. in an integration with a POS system or an ERP system) but we do not support direct “manipulations” out of the box.
