    Hi,

    I test for some days your solution and I have question about the segment part in Back office.
    I understand how to create segment on entity with filter to make the segmentation, but I don’t see where is possible to use the created segment ?

    Hi Franck,

    Segments are commonly used when you need the same set of records in reports, filters or for export into a 3rd party system, and you want to save time entering the same filter conditions again and again.
