Some one knows how to translate to new language in virtualimage version

hi there
i tried to install the system on my vps in ir-ec.ir , but after console instalation in php install version adressed http://ir-ec.ir/web/install.php when i press the next button a blank page is shown

afer many atemps i tried to use the virtual image version in VM virtual box but i cannot find the files for translating and css file for customization to see if its possible or not , to buy premium product for research project

please can someone help me through it.

Please provide us more information about system. Application should be accesible by

ir-ex.ir/web/app.php
