With OroCommerce email add-ins, sales reps can now access and manage email-related entities within Outlook or Gmail applications, streamlining communication and increasing efficiency.
AI Integration
We're introducing new tools to boost your marketing team productivity with AI-powered content generation for product listings, emails, and landing pages within OroCommerce. Additionally, we are launching AI-powered personalized product recommendations, offering multiple recommendation algorithms.
Improved Storefront Experiences
We're bringing a new storefront theme that offers a fresh, modern look for seamless buyer experience across all modern devices, enhancing navigation, search, and checkout flows. Our enhanced built-in "Similar Products" recommendations based on customer cart contents also helps improve product visibility and streamline the search using alternatives.
Salesforce CRM Integration
Merchants using Salesforce CRM can now make their product catalog available online with seamless integration between OroCommerce and Salesforce CRM. This integration enables quick catalog synchronization and a user-friendly online presence.
Improved Marketplace Management
Our new automated product approval workflow simplifies listing products by automatically routing them for approval to the Marketplace Operator, reducing human errors and providing a clear path for sellers to showcase their products. Additionally, operators can now share baseline recommended prices, product family, and attributes with sellers, ensuring smoother onboarding.
Enhanced Pricing Information Access
The customer-facing teams will now have complete transparency on price calculation strategies with a new Price Calculation Details view. This feature empowers sales and customer support teams with insights into pricing dynamics, helping them better serve customers and optimize sales strategies.
