With the release of the OroCRM Bridge, we want to detail each step of the <\/span>CRM for Magento<\/span> integration process so you can integrate Magento data into OroCRM with ease.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"OroCRM<\/a><\/p>\n

Allowing you to easily connect the two systems, the OroCRM Bridge also improves on the Magento SOAP API v2 to offer additional shopping cart and customer data. These improvements allow companies to see the list of active shopping carts, newsletter subscribers, viewed products, and the customer wish list.
\nThe OroCRM Bridge can be installed through MagentoConnect<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Once this <\/span>CRM for Magento <\/span>extension has been successfully installed, you will then login to your Magento account to set up a SOAP API user within Magento. The Magento SOAP API allows you to manage a number of features, including customers, products, inventory, and sales orders. This <\/span>Magento CRM <\/span>process should only take a few minutes. In fact we have broken it down into steps below.<\/span><\/p>\n

STEP 1:<\/strong> Once logged in, access the \u201cSOAP\/XML \u2013 RPC – Roles\u201d tab under System \u2192 Web Services<\/h2>\n

(NOTE: Remember to save EVERY STEP of this process to insure everything flows smoothly.)<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

STEP 2:<\/strong> Create a Role under \u201cAdd New Role\u201d and add your eCommerce store.<\/h2>\n

\"OroCRM<\/a><\/p>\n

STEP 3:<\/strong> Go to Role API Sources and change your Resource Access to \u201cAll.\u201d<\/h2>\n

\"How<\/a><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

STEP 4:<\/strong> Create a New User under \u201cSystem\u201d \u2192 \u201cWebservices\u201d \u2192 \u201c SOAP\/XML \u2013 RPC – Users\u201d<\/h2>\n

STEP 5:<\/strong> Click on \u201cCreate New User\u201d and enter your desired username and basic information. The \u201cAPI Key\u201d is simply a password that you create for yourself.<\/h2>\n

STEP 6<\/strong>: Once you\u2019ve saved your API key and user information, access the \u201cUser Role\u201d near the top left of your screen and select your web store to make sure it is active.<\/h2>\n

STEP 7<\/strong>: With the credentials of your Magento SOAP API and user login, you can now go to OroCRM and create your channel under System \u2192 Channels \u2192 Create Channel.<\/h2>\n

STEP 8:<\/strong> Once you select Magento as your Channel Type, enter the rest of your basic information from Magento. You can then select your website from the drop down list and whichever connectors you would like to pull from Magento.<\/h2>\n

\nThe Soap wsdl URL is your main account URL for Magento (ex: http:\/\/mywebstore.magento.com\/index.php\/) PLUS the following: api\/v2_soap\/?wsdl=1.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is universal for any Magento site. So, for example, the full URL you would add is: http:\/\/mywebstore.magento\/index.php\/api\/v2_soap\/?wsdl=1<\/strong><\/p>\n

STEP 9:<\/strong> Click Save and Schedule Sync.<\/h2>\n

STEP 10:<\/strong> Under System \u2192 Job Queue, Click on \u201cRun Daemon\u201d (this process may start automatically.)<\/h2>\n

\"Step<\/a><\/p>\n

With that, you have successfully integrated Magento with OroCRM! It may take a few minutes to upload all of the information, but you will soon see the data within OroCRM.<\/p>\n
