Customer Service Representative

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service by quickly and accurately processing customer service tickets
  • Coordinate with multiple teams throughout the organization to resolve tickets within defined SLAs
  • Build and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and professional service


  • At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Capability to clearly explain your thoughts
  • Results oriented, proactive, and initiative based approach to responsibilities
  • Analytical thinking / abstract problem solving skills
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Experience with Service Desk software is a plus
  • Experience with software development industry is a plus
  • Experience with CRM and/or eCommerce applications is a plus
  • Basic technical knowledge is a plus (it is not necessary to be a technical expert, however you must be able to grasp high level technical issues and understand their impact on the customer)
