Sales Manager DACH

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Manager (F/M – m/w/d) to join our European sales team. With the goal of contributing to our rapid business growth, the role will focus on scaling the business and driving revenue growth through new logo acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.

Skills & Experience Requirements

– 3+ years sales
– 1+ years in the enterprise software industry (SAAS, eCommerce, CRM, ERP, Supply chain)
– Proven track records of rapid sales growth
– Ability to develop and understand complex business processes/business models with a consultative approach
– Have responsibility for processing leads and partner requests
– Work efficiently with the given sales funnel and be able to optimize it
– Comprehension of sales performance metrics
– Excellent communication (interpersonal and presentation)
– Manage the entire sales process from the contact point to the signature of the contract including involvement with technical, legal, and financial aspects of the sales process.


– You love what you do
– You have a demonstrated ability to drive all the sell steps with all stakeholders
– Previous technology sales experience for a SaaS in the midmarket and Enterprise segment
– You are entirely customer-focused and challenge your work consistently
– You are fluent in German and English (Native in German is a big plus)
– You are based in Germany ideally close to a train station/airport.
