EMEA Marketing Manager

As a product company, we focus on the development of Oro suite open source software solutions for multi-channel businesses:
OroPlatform – A business application platform that helps companies accelerate their custom business application development. OroPlatform is used as a baseline for all Oro products.
OroCRM – A CRM solution for multichannel companies, with built-in marketing tools.
OroCommerce – An eCommerce platform purpose-built for B2B companies.

The Role:

This role will lead the planning, development and execution of Oro’s EMEA marketing and advertising initiative with a primary objective of growing revenue through various channels.

A successful EMEA Marketing Manager will be a strategic thinker with proven relevant experience who can execute independently in a hands-on manner.

Skills &Experience Requirements:

  • 5 + years of well-rounded marketing experience
  • Experience Marketing for Enterprise Software including:
    • Go-to-market strategy development related to B2B and focused on decisions makers
    • Building a pipeline and working closely with the sales team to nurture leads up to the
      qualification
    • Digital B2B lead generation
    • Development of brand awareness strategies
    • Relationship building with marketing partners
    • Driving significant revenue growth
  • Superb analytical skills & passion for data driven decision making
  • Experience working with international, distributed teams
  • Team leadership skills including hiring, training, managing, and motivating marketing employees
  • Native language : English, a second language will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Position OroCommerce as a key component of a successful Enterprise digital transformation initiative
  • Increase brand awareness as the sales enablement and ecommerce game changer for B2B companies
  • Market and competitor analysis
  • Drive revenue by increasing license sales through marketing activities
  • Develop a strategic marketing plan for the business which includes marketing with partners.
  • Own and track marketing budgets
  • Analyze sales & leads data to understand the success of each channel
  • Work with sales to fine-tune the license pricing structure
  • Create a framework to nurture leads
  • Maintain relationships with Industry analysts like Gartner & Forrester
  • Develop KPIs and drive data and analytics initiatives to measure success
