Technical Project Manager – Enterprise Software (Remote)

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Professional Services Department and contribute to our rapid business growth in North America. The role will collaborate with project leads and clients to ensure that projects adhere to timeline, budget, and scope.

Skills & Experience Requirements

  • 6+ years technical project or product management
  • 4+ years client facing experience
  • 3+ ecommerce experience
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies to manage projects and ensure that all team members are working collaboratively and efficiently
  • Experience working with offshore development teams
  • Business analysis experience is a plus
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong communication, organizational and writing skills
  • Experience working with Atlassian products and project management tools
  • Must be incredibly detail-oriented
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Flexibility to adjust work schedule on occasion to different time zones
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

Sample Key Responsibilities

  • Create project timelines, budgets, and manage development milestones and deliverables
  • Manage resources for each assigned project to ensure that the project remains on schedule
  • Work closely with the project leads and clients to remain in full communication on the status and details of each project, including any cost or timing issues that may arise
  • Anticipate any potential issues with the project through quick responses and proactive critical thinking
  • Demonstrate skilled problem-solving capabilities to determine solutions and options to resolve problems
  • Manage workflow and process among internal departments, external development partners, and clients

Salary: $85,000-$110,000/year
