To continue our growth, we’re hiring a Delivery & Customer Success Manager (F/M) to join our European team.
Customer success managers are one of the fastest-growing roles in the business world
Skills:
- 2 years of experience in e-commerce project management
- You are fully customer-centric and challenge your work consistently
- Fluent English, additional languages are a plus
- Client facing experience
- You already have experience with working with tools like Jira, Slack or CRM software
- You love what you do
Responsibilities:
- Following up constantly on delivery with customers, partners and our team for the success of the project
- You are in regular interaction with customers and partners and ideally can suggest proactively solutions to improve the project
- Onboard new clients, ensuring smooth transition to Oro. Implement and plan for new programs, partnering with technical and strategic resources.
- Capture and quantify business impact of results for clients and partners, with the goal of building up advocates in the form of testimonials.
- You are ensuring that all the customers you are in contact with, have a voice within our organization, that their opinions are heard and acted upon
