To continue our growth, we’re hiring a Delivery & Customer Success Manager (F/M) to join our European team.
Customer success managers are one of the fastest-growing roles in the business world
Skills:
- 3 Years in a similar role within the technology area
- Experience in the e-commerce business is a must
- Fluent in French and English, additional languages are a plus
- Bac +2 in Business or related fields
- Entrepreneurial spirit
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building and managing a potential leads pipeline
- Help to screen “Marketing Qualified leads” (MQLs)
- Convert MQLs to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Record and document all the interactions with leads you are working on
- Provide reporting to the marketing and sales team
- Qualify and subsequent transfer leads to the team or work on them yourself
