Restore Password

If you forgot your password, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the Login page.

  2. Click the Forgot your password? link.

  3. On the Forgot Password page, enter your username or the primary email address specified in your profile and click Request.

  4. If the credentials you have entered in the previous step are not valid, you will see the corresponding notification:

  5. If the credentials are valid, the password reset link is sent to your email address:

  6. Follow the link and instructions in your email to change your password.

Warning

You can request password reset only once a day.
