ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

Hello,
I had installed Oro commerce 1.6.1, but when i try to open URL : http://orocommerce.local/app.php or http://orocommerce.local/app_dev.php I get ERR_CONNECTION_RESET.

windows 10, 64bit
wampserver 64bit : apache 2.4.27, php 7.1.9, mysql 5.7.19

i try :

php app/console cache:clear --env=prod

1	php app/console cache:clear --env=prod

I manually delete the directory cache/prod cache/dev

my VirtualHost :

I have no error in the log files (prod.log, apache.log, php.log, mysql.log),
no error in JavaScript errors in browser console…

I tested the oro-commerce version 1.4 with the same server and it worked.
