Payment Method is not showing in Payment section

In my backend under Ecommerce -> Payment there is only oe section named General and there ia no any option available. I can only see Option merchant location.
So can you please tell how to set payment option line checque or money order or other payment gateways to payment section.

Can we add option of pay by cheque or pay after delivery.
As like magento? Or cash on delivery.

Of course, you can add Check/Money Order Payment Method and Payment Terms Payment Method to get paid after delivery, for example.
