As announced earlier, we have changed the Oro products versioning due to the upgrade to the newer version of Symfony. OroPlatform and OroCRM 3.0. BETA lay the groundwork for the transition to Symfony 3.4 and are the first releases to kick off the 3.x version series.

Please mind that 3.0 BETA version of OroPlatform, OroCRM, and OroCommerce will not be supported and maintained the same way as regular stable or long-term support (LTS) versions. These are minor releases, so no fixes will be developed for them.
What’s coming next? Get ready for 3.0 RC (release candidate) version scheduled for May and a stable LTS version 3.0 to be released in July. As always, we’ll let you know once these are available via our blog and social channels. Stay tuned!
