OroCRM Beta6: Magento Integration

In continuing our preview of Beta6, we are excited to showcase exciting new features. This brings us to one of the key promises of OroCRM from our start: Magento Integration.



We know this is a major feature our ecosystem has been waiting for!

With the ability to import customers, orders, and shopping carts from Magento to OroCRM, you can view the data you want across multiple stores and channels.

The integration of Magento data into OroCRM will expand your view of customers. It will add an additional layer of context to your relationship, and will create opportunities you never saw before.

Because of OroCRM’s ease of integration, additional sales and marketing channels can also be added, giving you a true multi-channel view of your customer. Customer service representatives will now have a richer understanding of their customer’s tastes, product preferences, and shopping habits. Marketers will be able to segment customers based on multi-channel information.

Understanding this information will allow Customer Service and Marketing teams to come together to deliver up-sell and cross-sell opportunities that match the needs of their individual customers.
