Marketing Features

You can enable and disable marketing features in your Oro application.

To toggle the availability of marketing lists, website tracking, marketing campaigns, email campaigns, and/or marketing activity statistics in context (e.g. for orders, customer users, etc.):

  1. In the main menu, navigate to System > Configuration.

  2. Select Marketing > General Setup > Features in the menu to the left.

    You can customize the following options:

    • Enable Marketing List
    • Enable Tracking
    • Enable Campaign Features
    • Enable Marketing Activities Features
  3. To enable/disable the feature:

    1. Clear the Use Default box next to the option.
    2. Check or clear the checkbox next to the option.
  4. Click Save.
