    Hello guys,
I realised that Monetary Value and Lifetime sales are not taking in consideration the refunds.
This means that a customer that bought for $1000 and returned for $800 is considered valuable for $1000 instead of $200 ($1000 – $800)

Do you have any hint to helping me finding out which files/bundles take care of these calculations?

    Thanks a lot!

    Enzo

    Hello,
You can tune Lifetime sales value calculation logic in the “Oro\Bundle\ChannelBundle” for an account and in the “Oro\Bundle\SalesBundle – B2bCustomerLifetimeListener” for a customer.
    Thank you.
