    I have admin rights and I’m trying to
    1) change a users PW
    2) disable a user

    When I’m in edit mode on the user page I don’t see either of those fields to edit.

    Hello, Michael Paul.

    You can disable user profile and request the change password from the users grid. There are relevant menu items in 3dots sub-menu:

    At the view user profile, you can disble the user, request the change password and change the user password manually:
