    Hi, I’m new to the community. I have a project in process and I receive this error when I try to create a record through my form. The truth is that I can not understand what the error is, any suggestions?

    Hello, rclemotte!

    How I can assume, in response to some ajax request has been returned not JSON content, but, for example, HTML page with 500 server error description message.

    You can check it by open Network tab in Chrome Developer Toolbar and look at responses with 4xx and 5xx codes.

    Also, as usual, more detailed description of any server error is provided in PHP, web-server, and application log files, for example

    • /var/log/fpm-php.www.log
    • /var/log/nginx/localhost.error.log
    • {your_orocrm_application_root_folder}/app/logs/prod{or dev}.log

    I have been able to solve it thanks to your guide.
    It was a problem of insertion in the database.
