To get ORO CRM from the Git repo, your site says to use:
Shell
git clone -b 1.9.0 https://github.com/orocrm/crm-application.git orocrm
1
git clone -b 1.9.0 https://github.com/orocrm/crm-application.git orocrm
This will actually clone the HEAD, since 1.9.0 is a tag, not a branch:
warning: Remote branch 1.9.0 not found in upstream origin, using HEAD instead
1
warning: Remote branch 1.9.0 not found in upstream origin, using HEAD instead
The correct syntax is:
Shell
git clone -b 1.9 https://github.com/orocrm/crm-application.git orocrm
1
git clone -b 1.9 https://github.com/orocrm/crm-application.git orocrm

Hi,
Git can’t clone tags before 1.7.10 version. Please update your git or clone without -b option and further checkout 1.9.0 tag.
