    HI

    I’m WEB trying to install the OROCRM, can’t pass the 3rd step. Error in the point “Load workflow definitions”.

    Need help, thanks

    Please, read topic and provide more information about your issue. What version of OroCRM? Maybe any logs from prod.log and other.

    Is it clean installation? Please, try to clean database and cache before installation.
    Also, would be good to have configuration of your environment that described in topic. And do you have any customizations in code?

    Hi
    Is a clean installation, installed before cleaning up the cache and the new database, the system PHP Tidy extension is not installed successfully. The program code is not modified.

    Could you please provide version of your php and database? Also will be good to have version of vendors installed in your app.

    System: CentOS Linux 7.3.1611 CPU: 1 memory 2G
    Apache: 2.2 MySQL: 5.1 PHP: 7.1

    Find the reason, because the database version is low, the use of MySQL5.5 just fine.
