To whom it may concern,
– We have installed ORO CRM
– At Systems / Channels we added a new channel (channel type: Sales)
– We have added some Business Customers (linked to the channel) and Accounts
– We have added some leads (linked to the Account)Our problem: Under Accounts the Channel and Leads tab appears, but there is no leads there. Why?
What setting did we leave out?Thanks
