navigation problem and template ("")

Dear Sir
I want to create sub menu for order in menu and each sub menu show a list of order by some condition
so I add sub menu in navigation.yml as below

and I have a data grid and a html.twig

but when I apply a sort on column of grid of Satisfaction and then view one of the row (route to view of order) and then click back my navigation crash and below error generate

Uncaught PHP Exception Twig_Error_Runtime: “An exception has been thrown during the rendering of a template (“”) in “OroNavigationBundle:HashNav:hashNavAjax.html.twig” at line 2.”
and after it I see An Exception was thrown while handling: Internal Server Error on UI

if I delete the last row of navigation table , it will be Ok

it is so interesting because in app_dev mode all thing is ok!!!!
