i have problem with email configuration and email notification.
i already configured the system email through email configuration and added a mailbox for the same email Support@rad.com and successfully tested connection
then created a new template and a new rule for case creation but no email notification delivered.
in the right up panel the email support@rad.com is already configured and can send emails but notification is not working any tips or help please
