OroCommerce wont load custom css

Hi, i am started to learn how to customize theme for orocommerce, so far i have successfully change the logo, but i have problem with css loading, i have following this tutorial: https://oroinc.com/b2b-ecommerce/doc/current/dev-guide/theme/layout but my css still wont load

and here are my assets.yml file

is there are something missing?
