    HI, We are considering implementing ORO CRM. It seems a simple, yet very powerful tool.

    I have two question about “out of the box” features, which I can’t find informations online:

    1. Is there a capability to create reminders after some event (example: notify OROCRM administrator to call a buyer after 30 days of purchase – via email).

    2. Is there a capability to send a automated emails after certain event (send review request via email after x days of purchase).

    Any info will be appreciated?
