Hello,
there is an installed OroCRM that we want to send emails and see the answers. I added an email account in the System mailboxes section of the System / Configuration / System configuration / Email configuration menu. I have configured imap and smtp properly, checked and selected the folders that you want to watch. I then added the used account in the Access Management section and saved it all.

For testing, I sent out an email I received, I wrote an answer that appears in the outlook account but no longer in the CRM system. I tried to use My Emails / Sync Emails but there was no change.
Would this be a solution?Thank you in advance for your help!
