    Hi,

    I want to create a role that only can create/update tasks. And I can’t get it fixed.

    When the user clicks “Save and Close” for creating the ticket, an error occurs besides “Assign To”: “You have no permission to set this owner”.

    Which right is not correct set?

    Hi @jelle.dhulster.
    I double checked this functionality works correctly.

    Please provide all your settings for entity Task in Role.
    If you wont assign another user to task with “Assign To” field you should use Global access level for Create/Update.

    Could you please tell me which version of OroCRM do you use?
    May be you have some customization with user assigning?
