    Dear support,

    I have installed OroCrm Tracking extension for Magento and it doesn’t seem to work (no data appears). I have filled up all the relevant information in the plugin and then set up Tracking in Oro using same credentials. Identifier does not have special characters.
    The website is secure so as the back end.

    What shall i do?

    I have installed orocrm 1.10.9, magento 1.9.2.4 and oro tracking module 0.1.3. Here is my configuration.

    Oro

    Magento

    Are you sure that on your magento site at the end of page source exist something like this?

    Also you can check send magento tracking informations or not, please open chrome developers tool.

    To enable tracking on secure (HTTPS) websites HTTPS should also be enabled on the OroCRM web server.
