Website tracking in Magento don´t work

Hello, we implemented Website Tracking but is not working, we don´t get any events records.

We use Magento and we configured Website Tracking as mentioned in the document https://oroinc.com/orocrm/doc/current/user-guide/marketing-tracking-website-records but doesn’t work

In Magento we have “Oro Tracking Enable: yes”, “Site Identifier websitetracking”, Service Host Name we use protocol https in both sides (Magento & ORO)
API Enable Additional Attributes Yes
In OroCRM we set “Website Tracking”, “Identifier websitetracking”, Url of our site https
We also pasted the script code before the </body> tag in all of the pages.

I notice that the Updated date is “N/A”. It seems that ORO is not running any cron job on website tracking. Do you know anything else that we can check or confiure in the platform?

Make sure you configured cron properly and enabled message queue

Also you can set System/ Configuration / Tracking / Enable Dynamic Tracking = Yes to enable realtime tracking information processing, but this may have performance impact.
