Windows Installation

Hi guys, I’m new here and I’m a noob.
I’m trying to install OroCRM on Windows (Xampp).

Is there a step-by-step installation guide for Xampp? like really detailed one..

So far I’ve installed composer in windows and started apache & sql in xampp and launched
localhost/oro/web/ and got:
Warning: require_once(C:\xampp\htdocs\oro\web/../app/bootstrap.php.cache): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\xampp\htdocs\oro\web\app.php on line 6

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘C:\xampp\htdocs\oro\web/../app/bootstrap.php.cache’ (include_path=’.;C:\xampp\php\PEAR’) in C:\xampp\htdocs\oro\web\app.php on line 6

In my humble opinion, I would install https://www.vagrantup.com/downloads.html and use https://puphpet.com/ to create a linux virtual machine.

Look’s like you’ve installed app from github repository and haven’t executed “composer install”. Please, check installation manual http://oroinc.com/orocrm/doc/current/book/installation.

After put OroCRM 2.6.30 Package into xampp/htdocs/crm then by ref : http://<ApplicationServerHost&gt;:<ApplicationServerPort>/install.php -> run in browser localhost:90/crm/install.php i am getting error like,

The easiest way is to use Vagrant. There is an instruction how to install OroCRM with Vagrant.

it’s just another option to install the system, without fighting the environment configuration, if you don’t have much experience with it.
