Workflow custom condition

Hello there !

I have a question: Is there any possibility in a workflow to restrict a transition given the following condition scenario?

Let’s say i have a “close case” button in the workflow and the actual step allows me to close the case, but i want to restrict this possibility just when all related Tasks associated have as well the status closed.

Looking forward for a workaround! Thanks.

Hello,

you need to implement your own condition. It need to be used in “preconditions” block of configuration of your transition. If condition will return false – transition button will be not available.
