How to modify parameters in main_menu.yml

Specifically in vendor/oro/commerce/src/Oro/Bundle/WebCatalogBundle/Resources/views/layouts/blank/page/main_menu.yml

I’d like to override layout.actions.items.web_catalog_menu.options.max_size

I’ve tried adding
oro_web_catalog.layout.actions.items.web_catalog_menu.options.max_size: 10
into app/config/parameters.yml and did a cache clear but that didn’t change anything.
also tried modifying the main_menu.yml file and did cache clear that that also didn’t change anything. What’s the proper procedure to change the config value?

See if the setOption layout action is what you are looking for.

Add the following to some layout file in your custom theme:

layout: actions: - '@setOption': id: web_catalog_menu optionName: max_size optionValue: 10

Thanks, I’ll try creating a custom theme. Figure the value can simply be overriden with a config file.
