    I want to build a SaaS business to business (B2B) application where businesses can make inquiries and other businesses submit quotations and the originating business selects the quote they like best and allow for an ecommerce solution where the purchasing of the products/services can be done through the site.

    I want to know if the OroPlatform at its core allow for a Multi-tenant implementation or a Saas solution where each business will have their own profile, products and accept their own payments?

    OroPlatform is very flexible solution that allows to build different kind of application on top of it, including multi tenant solutions. As an example, you can take a look into Multiple Organization feature of OroCRM that is built on top of platform. On top of it you’ll need to enable products and payments management.
