    I checked the Demo, but I wonder if OroCRM has a module for managing emails:

    Keep a record of sent emails
    Track it (opens, clicks, etc.)

    Hi Simohammed,

    You can see a full history of your email conversations with the client in the Activity list of their Account and/or Contact records.

    We do not have email tracking capabilities for regular emails. You can track opens and clicks for marketing emails if you send them via MailChimp or dotmailer integrations.

    Artem, is this still true today or has anything changed?
    Any way to use the inbuilt website tracking feature to track opening of emails sent directly from OroCRM?

    Hi Isag,

    We did not develop this feature further so no changes happened since. To use website tracking feature for tracking opening of emails you need to implement a custom tracker of some sort.
