Hi Marcelo,
We have an API that allows to match and create contacts in OroCRM by phone number and import call data. Please refer to the API documentation for additional details.
January 29, 2016 at 11:32 am #28721Hi @Artem Liubeznyi
What do you means with “import call data”?
What kind of data?On Salesforce I use an app who let me dial to my contact with a click.
You can see here: https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N30000000pvsQEAQI want something like that in OROCRM.
With this I can dial someone, record a call in the cloud, listen a recorded call, send and receive SMS, history of all calls.
Can I at least make a button to click and dial throught an API?
Thanks.
MarceloJanuary 30, 2016 at 5:30 am #28722Oh, I see what you have in mind. You will be able to make calls from an application with our upcoming Google Hangouts integration that should be released along with 1.9 version of OroCRM in February.
August 9, 2017 at 1:12 am #28723Any updates here on how one might integrate a VOIP service into Oro? We’ve been told that it can be done by the Oro sales reps but I don’t see any documentation. A link would be appreciated.
thanksAugust 9, 2017 at 7:13 am #28724Hi isaac1,
You can check the code of OroCRM Google Hangouts integration to see how the calls can be initiated from within OroCRM application:
- code – https://github.com/oroinc/OroCRMHangoutsCallBundle
- user guide – https://oroinc.com/orocrm/documentation/2.0/admin-guide/integrations/hangouts
You can check the up-to-date OroCRM API reference after enabling the API sandbox on your system, see the documentation here – https://oroinc.com/orocrm/documentation/2.0/book/data-api#how-to-use-the-sandbox
The rest depends on the specifics of your VOIP system.
