The Challenge

Agro-Service 2000, a network of stores selling agricultural equipment, embarked on a digital transformation journey by developing eCommerce sites to cater to the agricultural sector’s B2B and B2C needs.

The first project focused on launching montracteur.fr, a B2B eCommerce site specializing in tractor spare parts.

To ensure a successful implementation, Agro-Service 2000 sought the expertise of eCommerce specialist Olivier Bernasson to identify suitable technology and implementation partners.

After careful evaluation, OroCommerce, a powerful B2B-native eCommerce platform, and integrator Synolia were chosen for their capabilities and mutual expertise.

Malika Ait El Mouden was appointed as the external project manager to oversee the project, which commenced in February 2022 and was completed by October 2022.

Synolia played a crucial role in various project aspects, including workshops to understand requirements, scoping exercises, technical architecture, agile development, and user training.

The launch of montracteur.fr marked a significant milestone in Agro-Service 2000’s digitalization efforts. With the site already generating visits and sales, the company plans to further enhance its functionality and integrate new features in line with its digital transformation goals.
