Create Child Theme

Can anyone tell me how can I create Child Theme from OroCommerce Default Theme?

I have read above link about layout and theme in document and did as mentioned in it but it did not working.

What I want to do is I want to create a Child theme where I can extend Default Theme as parent theme. But as I see there is parent option available for theme. So can you please tell how can I do that?

To create the theme for StoreFront you can follow this tutorial
